A Marvel for those days of the month. Gives a lot of heat (three intensities, the first is enough) and vibration (has 3 modes too). This belt has allowed me not to have to take ibuprofen when the pain of my rule came. Makes Me a functional woman who can get on with her life despite the rule. I am delighted, I do not know how long it will last but if it fails I will buy it again, because it is super comfortable to wear the heat in the gut without having to be aware of cables.
The battery arrives for two or three sessions with vibration and heat. It is very easy to charge with Type C cable.
