Return Policy - Refund, Replacement, and Right of Cancellation

Returns and Refunds:

We understand that returning items to our warehouse in China can be costly. Therefore, we do not require customers to return products. Instead, we will provide a full refund for any orders within 30 days of delivery, provided there is proof of purchase.

Replacements:

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please provide us with a high-quality photo or video showing the damage or defect to receive a replacement. Additionally, if an order exceeds 5 days beyond the estimated delivery window for your destination country, we will issue a replacement order. Please note that processing time (the time it takes to issue a tracking number and ship the order) is separate from shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

In the event of lost or stolen packages during shipping, you have two options:

• We can issue a full refund for the order.
• Alternatively, we can send out a single replacement per order, at no additional cost.
• The choice between a refund or replacement is entirely up to you.

Right of Withdrawal:

We also want to inform you of your statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us to initiate the return process.
